Location not reported8 Oct 2026
Air India and Tata Communications launched EasyRoam, an Air India-branded travel SIM service for international connectivity, available as both a physical SIM and an eSIM. The service is initially available across 30 countries, with roaming packs starting at ₹241 (excluding taxes), and Air India said coverage will be expanded progressively to as many as 190 countries.
Why it matters
It adds a built-in option for international mobile connectivity that travellers can activate before departure, reducing reliance on post-arrival SIM purchases or standard roaming.
