The Andhra Pradesh government sanctioned ₹4.40 crore to establish the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar AP Study Circle in Ongole, to be set up in the existing incomplete Yuva Bhavan building. The funding is for completing the stalled building with facilities such as a reading room and digital library to support free coaching and related services for eligible students.
Why it matters
If implemented as described, it adds publicly funded exam-preparation and support infrastructure for students and unemployed youth in the undivided Prakasam district who would otherwise rely on private coaching.
