Foundation stone laid for ₹45 crore wellness centre project near Ongole

EBG Group is developing a 55-acre integrated wellness project near Ongole, Andhra Pradesh, with a proposed investment of ₹45 crore. The foundation stone was laid for the Carlton Wellness Retreat, Sri Sri Panchakarma and Tattva Centre, and Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir at Sai Vishnu Chaturvatika in Chadalavada on the Chirala–Ongole Road.
Why it matters
If built as described, the project would add new capacity for wellness-focused hospitality and related education infrastructure in the Ongole region.
