Ethereal Exploration Guild (The Guild) said it unveiled “The Anchorage,” a 150-acre rocket development and testing facility in Space City in Tirupati district, about 40 km from ISRO’s Satish Dhawan Space Centre at Sriharikota. The company said the site will provide ground infrastructure for development and testing of its Razor Crest Mk 1 (RCM1) fully reusable medium-lift launch vehicle, including its Pegasus and Stallion engines.
Why it matters
A dedicated private ground-test facility can speed engine and stage qualification work needed to move an Indian reusable launch vehicle from design toward validated hardware.
