Andhra Pradesh adopts three-level workflow for building file checks and occupancy certificates

Andhra Pradesh introduced a uniform three-level mechanism for supervisory checks of building files and processing of Occupancy Certificates across Nagar Panchayats, Municipalities, Municipal Corporations and Urban Development Authorities. The revised framework limits processing to three levels (with Level-3 as confirming authority) to reduce procedural delays and file movement while retaining existing regulatory oversight.
