Andhra University inaugurated an Engineering Test & Validation Centre at A-Hub in Visakhapatnam, intended to test and validate circuit components before fabrication. The centre is part of the Andhra University Incubation Council and is a joint project with the Department of Science and Technology (DST), with Phase I costing ₹50 lakh; the university said additional equipment worth about ₹70 lakh is expected within two months.
