Ascenso Tyres announced a $100 million investment to build ASR mining tyre capacity in India

Ascenso Tyres said it will invest $100 million in India to build All Steel Radial (ASR) tyre manufacturing capabilities for giant mining tyres, covering manufacturing infrastructure, tyre technology, product development and testing, engineering capabilities and capacity expansion. The company also said it is deploying more than 15 field application engineers across key mining markets in India to monitor tyre performance and feed operating data into its R&D.
