India’s Competition Commission (CCI) approved L’Oréal India Pvt Ltd’s proposal to acquire 100% shareholding in Onesto Labs Pvt Ltd (rebranded as Innovist), which owns personal care brands including Bare Anatomy and Chemist at Play.
