NCLT New Delhi approved amalgamation of Sesa Care with Dabur India

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi Bench sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation under which Sesa Care Private Limited will merge into Dabur India. Dabur said the merger will become effective after completion of required statutory filings and other formalities under the scheme.
Why it matters
Once it becomes effective, the approval enables Dabur to integrate Sesa Care and expand the brand using Dabur’s distribution network and international presence.
