L&T wins EPC orders for Delhi Secretariat buildings and Amaravati office towers

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) said it has secured two “large” construction orders (₹2,500–5,000 crore band) to build Common Central Secretariat Buildings 4 and 5 along Kartavya Path in New Delhi and two 47-storey office towers in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh. L&T said the Delhi project is to be completed within 24 months with five years of operations and maintenance, and the Amaravati towers within 30 months.
Why it matters
These contracts move forward the construction pipeline for government office infrastructure in New Delhi and Amaravati, adding substantial built-up administrative capacity once completed.
