Mahajan Imaging and Neuberg Diagnostics form JV for integrated diagnostics in North India

Mahajan Imaging & Labs announced a joint venture with Neuberg Diagnostics to expand integrated diagnostics services across North India. The agreement makes Mahajan Imaging Neuberg’s exclusive partner across NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir, and includes taking over Neuberg’s existing laboratory operations in Noida, Lucknow and Jammu.
Why it matters
The JV consolidates imaging and lab networks and enables expansion of diagnostic access and logistics (including sample collection and transit) into tier-II and non-metro hubs in northern India.
