NHA launched digital initiatives for PM-JAY/ABDM at Aarogya Manthan 2026
At Aarogya Manthan 2026 in New Delhi, several initiatives were launched to strengthen the digital foundations of India’s health assurance ecosystem under AB PM-JAY and the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission. The launches listed in the report include an NHPR mobile app, an NHCX implementation guide for payers, a guidebook for a Model Digital Health Facility, and an SDE application and framework for auto-adjudication of claims; the Secure Data Environment (SDE) is described as developed by the National Health Authority with support from IISc Bengaluru for governed access to de-identified health data and controlled analytics.
These tools and frameworks are intended to standardise digital claims processing and enable governed analysis of health data, supporting research and program oversight while adding safeguards for patient information.
