Study reports African Bermuda grass naturalised in the Himalayas and Western Ghats

Researchers reported that Cynodon nlemfuensis (African Bermuda grass), introduced to India, has become naturalised with self-sustaining wild populations in two biodiversity hotspots: the Himalayas and the Western Ghats. The study also designated a representative specimen and deposited voucher specimens at the Dehra Dun Herbarium (Forest Research Institute, Dehradun).
