Fundamentum Frontier Advisors (F2A) raised the planned domestic allocation of its maiden deeptech fund by ₹500 crore to ₹2,500 crore, citing stronger-than-expected demand from domestic limited partners. The firm said it is now targeting a total fund size of ₹3,500 crore (up from ₹3,000 crore), with the remaining ₹1,000 crore allocated to an offshore vehicle.
Why it matters
A larger committed pool of domestic capital can support more deeptech startups in India, including those that prefer domestic funding for eligibility in certain regulated or government-linked opportunities.
