Goa launched 'Goa Fresh', a state brand initiative intended to give local agricultural produce a distinct identity and improve market access for farmers. The programme aims to connect growers and FPOs/SHGs to buyers such as hotels, retail outlets and e-commerce platforms, and is linked to logistics efforts including an APEDA-standard packhouse at Mopa, as reported by The Hindu BusinessLine.
