Google Photos ‘Wardrobe’ feature became available in India

Google Photos’ AI-powered Wardrobe feature is now available in India, according to the company. The feature scans a user’s existing Google Photos library to identify and organise clothing items, allows users to create outfit combinations, and includes an AI-based virtual try-on; rollout is to Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers (and some selected users) over the coming months.
Why it matters
It adds a new consumer AI capability inside Google Photos in India, enabling users to turn their photo libraries into a searchable clothing catalogue and generate virtual try-on images for outfit planning.
