DLF says its senior living project The Aureva in Gurugram is fully sold out

DLF said it has fully sold out its maiden senior living project, The Aureva, in Sector 63, Gurugram, with sales of ₹1,985 crore. The project spans 4.17 acres and comprises 172 four-bedroom residences in a ground-plus-45-floor standalone tower, and DLF said it sold out within days after a channel partner introduction meeting on 2026-09-25.
