Indiabulls signs development deal for 10.84-acre residential project on Dwarka Expressway

Indiabulls Limited said in an exchange filing dated 2026-08-25 that it has signed an agreement with a private landowner to develop a residential project in Gurugram on the Dwarka Expressway. The project is spread across 10.84 acres with about 21 lakh sq ft of saleable area and an estimated gross development value (GDV) of around ₹3,700 crore; Phase 1 and Phase 3 are registered under RERA, with launch expected in mid-October 2026.
Why it matters
The agreement adds a large new residential project to Indiabulls’ development pipeline without requiring land purchase, potentially increasing housing supply and development activity along the Dwarka Expressway corridor.
