Manasum Senior Living bought 164 units in Signature Global’s Sarvam project in Gurugram

Manasum Senior Living said it has acquired all 164 residential units in a tower within Signature Global Sarvam, a 14-acre project along Gurugram’s Dwarka Expressway. The bulk purchase was for about ₹480 crore, and the senior-living tower will be branded “Varishtha”, with Signature Global handling land and development while Manasum handles sales/marketing and is to supervise operations after delivery.
Why it matters
This transaction secures a full tower’s inventory for a dedicated senior-living community in Gurugram, adding organized senior-housing supply in the Delhi-NCR market once delivered.
