Maruti Suzuki to add 1,000 cameras and radar units to Gurugram traffic system (Phase 2)

Maruti Suzuki India announced expansion of the Integrated Traffic Management System (ITMS) in Gurugram, adding 1,000 cameras and radar systems in Phase 2 at around 70 junctions covering about 65 km of city roads, in partnership with GMDA and Gurugram Police. The expansion is stated to take the total number of cameras deployed by Maruti Suzuki in the project to 1,400 across 93 junctions and 13 key road stretches, with connectivity to GMDA’s Integrated Command and Control Centre mentioned as part of the initiative.
