ARISTION and Israel’s P-Cure sign deal to build compact proton therapy centres in India

ARISTION Proton Center Pvt. Ltd. (Bengaluru) and Israeli medical technology company P-Cure Ltd. signed an agreement to build a network of compact proton therapy centres and related proton therapy infrastructure across India, with a stated investment of ₹1,900 crore. The companies said the first centre will be developed at Sentient Health City in Jakkur, Bengaluru, followed by centres in Kochi and other cities, using P-Cure’s compact synchrotron-based proton therapy systems.
Why it matters
If executed, the agreement would add proton therapy treatment capacity in India, which the companies say can target tumours more precisely than conventional radiation and reduce damage to healthy tissue.
