BMRCL invited EoIs for general consultancy for Namma Metro Phase 3 (Orange Line)

(BMRCL) invited Expressions of Interest from Indian and international firms to serve as General Consultant for Namma Metro Phase 3 (Orange Line), a 44.65-km expansion planned with 31 stations across two corridors in Bengaluru. The consultant scope described includes design review, tender preparation, bid evaluation, contract support, and construction-stage oversight including testing and commissioning support.
Why it matters
Issuing the consultancy EoI is a concrete step in moving Phase 3 into detailed design, tendering and procurement activities needed before major civil works and systems contracts can proceed.
