HerSpace Manufacturing received a $50m capital commitment from Gray Matters Capital

HerSpace Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. received a $50 million capital commitment from existing investor Gray Matters Capital, including a fresh $40 million investment (following GMC’s $10 million investment in 2025). The Bengaluru-based company said the capital will be deployed over 30 months via a mix of debt, quasi-equity and equity to expand its managed industrial worker housing near manufacturing clusters across southern India.
Why it matters
Committed capital can finance additional worker accommodation capacity near industrial clusters, which can reduce long commutes and help manufacturers with attendance and retention constraints.
