Karnataka launched One Karnataka Mobility App and WhatsApp bus ticketing

Karnataka launched the upgraded KSRTC AWATAR 2.0 app as the “One Karnataka Mobility App”, integrating services of KSRTC, BMTC, NWKRTC and KKRTC on a single digital platform. The launch also introduced WhatsApp-based ticket booking for bus services operated by KSRTC, NWKRTC and KKRTC via +91 6364940880, along with a unified grievance system across the four undertakings.

It adds a single access point for booking and service support across multiple state bus operators, potentially reducing friction for passengers who travel across regions and systems.
