Manipal Hospitals signed BTA to acquire Kinder Women’s Hospital in Bengaluru for ₹130 crore

Manipal Hospitals said it has signed a Business Transfer Agreement with Kindorama Healthcare Private Limited to acquire the entire operations and assets of Kinder Women’s Hospital in Doddanekundi (Whitefield), Bengaluru, in an all-cash deal valued at ₹130 crore. The hospital, commissioned in 2022, has a current capacity of 100 beds, which Manipal said it will add to its portfolio.

The acquisition increases Manipal’s bed capacity in the Whitefield area and adds 100 operational hospital beds in Bengaluru.
