Navi to receive $100 Mn investment from Prosus, subject to regulatory approvals

Prosus agreed to invest $100 Mn (over ₹955 Cr) in fintech company Navi in what Navi described as its first institutional capital raise. Navi said the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, including clearance from the Competition Commission of India.
