RLDA completed a 25-storey, 132-unit Indian Railways staff quarters tower in Bengaluru

A newly constructed 25-storey staff quarters residential tower with 132 units has been built at MG Railway Colony in Bengaluru. The project was developed by the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), and the building includes facilities such as parking, EV charging points, a multi-purpose court and a children’s play area.
Why it matters
The new high-rise staff housing adds on-site residential capacity for Indian Railways personnel in Bengaluru, consolidating accommodation within a smaller land footprint.
