Kochi airport deployed a passenger-assistance robot at Kalangan museum area

Cochin International Airport Limited (CIAL) introduced a passenger assistance robot at Kochi airport, with the first deployment in the domestic security hold area at Kalangan, the airport’s art museum. Developed by Pune-based Kinetics Robotics, the robot provides directions, real-time flight information, and travel-related assistance, and also shares information on Kerala cultural art forms and Kalangan exhibits.
Why it matters
This adds an on-site, interactive wayfinding and information service inside the terminal, potentially reducing passenger confusion and improving access to airport and cultural information.
