Kerala decides to lease 18.16 acres at Ramanthuruth to Cochin Shipyard for a ship-block project

The Kerala government decided to lease 18.16 acres of land at Ramanthuruth island near Kochi to Cochin Shipyard Limited for a ship block building project. The article says Cochin Shipyard agreed to invest ₹5,000 crore in the project and the State will receive an annual lease amount of ₹1.45 crore (about ₹1.70 crore including GST).
