Tender awarded for phase 1 construction of KSRTC bus terminal at Karikkamuri, Kochi

KSRTC’s first-phase new bus terminal project at Karikkamuri near the Ernakulam bus stand is set to begin after the Public Works Department awarded the ₹9.23 crore construction tender to SITCO Associates. The first phase is expected to be a single-storey terminal with dedicated bus bays and provision for later vertical expansion, with completion targeted within 18 months of PWD signing the agreement with the contractor.
