BuildSpace says Sahakar Logistics Park in Bhiwandi is under construction

BuildSpace Development Management announced an industrial and logistics development pipeline of over 3 million sq ft across four projects (estimated value ₹600 crore) and said it has more than 165 acres under development mandates. It said its Sahakar Logistics Park in Bhiwandi (42 acres; ~1.3 million sq ft chargeable development potential) is under construction and being marketed for leasing, including built-to-suit requirements.
Why it matters
Under-construction Grade-A logistics parks add warehousing and light-industrial space that can expand capacity for distribution and manufacturing in Maharashtra’s industrial corridors.
