ASK Investment Managers to acquire SageOne Investment Managers

Blackstone-backed ASK Investment Managers said it will acquire SageOne Investment Managers, which operates portfolio management services (PMS) and alternative investment funds (AIF). SageOne founder Samit Vartak will reinvest in ASK and take an expanded role as chief investment officer for equities in the combined asset management business; transaction value was not disclosed by the companies.
