CSMT redevelopment work resumes with 75-day block on platforms 14–15 from Oct 1

Central Railway will implement a 75-day traffic and power block at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT), Mumbai, from 2026-10-01 to 2026-12-15 to enable Phase-I redevelopment work by RLDA around platforms 14 and 15 and stabling line 15. During this period, operations from platforms 14 and 15 will be suspended and eight long-distance train services will be short-terminated at Dadar or Thane.
