IndiaFirst Life partners with Salesforce to deploy agentic AI across sales and customer ops

IndiaFirst Life Insurance announced a partnership with Salesforce to deploy autonomous (agentic) AI agents across sales coaching, underwriting, claims processing, email automation and recruitment. The company said a two-year migration to Salesforce has already increased straight-through processing by 10% and month-zero conversion by 15%, and reduced product rollout turnaround time by 40%.
