Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Ltd (Kotak Alts) announced the final close of its Kotak Yield & Growth Fund (KYGF) at ₹5,000 crore, raised entirely from domestic investors. The company said it will deploy the fund’s capital across private credit, real assets and selective growth opportunities.
