Nykaa and L’Oréal’s BOLD set up partnership to co-invest in Indian beauty brands

Nykaa and L’Oréal’s corporate venture fund BOLD (Business Opportunities for L’Oreal Development) will jointly invest in Indian beauty and personal care brands, according to a Nykaa stock exchange filing. The partners said these will be minority, purely financial investments, with founders retaining ownership control; no cheque size or total corpus was disclosed.
