RPG Active Pharma agreed to acquire Actis Generics and Raghava Life Sciences’ API business

RPG Life Sciences’ subsidiary RP G Active Pharma (RPGAP) agreed to buy Visakhapatnam-based Actis Generics for ₹80 crore and signed an agreement to acquire the API and intermediates business of Raghava Life Sciences for up to ₹135 crore, according to Mint. The article says these two deals lifted RPGAP’s API capacity nearly fivefold, from about 110 kilolitres to roughly 505 kl, and add an EU-GMP- and WHO-GMP-approved plant near Hyderabad and 29 molecules.
