Supreme Universal acquired development rights for a 1-acre plot near Carter Road, Bandra West

Supreme Universal has acquired development rights for an approximately one-acre land parcel near Carter Road in Bandra West, Mumbai, for a planned luxury and ultra-luxury residential tower project. The company said it plans to invest about ₹1,000 crore; it has secured housing society consent and is expected to start the approvals process soon, with construction likely to begin within the next two quarters.
