Aeron Systems raised ₹45 Cr in a pre-Series B round to expand navigation and weather systems

Aeron Systems, a Pune-based deeptech company, raised ₹45 Cr (about $4.7 Mn) in a pre-Series B funding round jointly led by Riverwalk Holdings and MGF-Kavachh (MountTech Growth Fund). The company said it will use the capital to expand manufacturing capacity for inertial navigation systems, accelerate R&D, and strengthen its international operations.
Why it matters
The funding provides committed capital for Aeron to scale production and development of navigation and weather-monitoring hardware used in aerospace, defence and industrial applications.
