Greenjoules raised about ₹62 Cr in an ongoing Series B round led by Amazon’s investment arm

Pune-based green energy startup Greenjoules raised about ₹62 Cr (about $6.5 Mn) in what Inc42 reports is an ongoing Series B funding round. MCA filings cited by Inc42 show allotment of Series B1 CCPS worth ₹45 Cr to Amazon.com NV Investment Holdings and about ₹17 Cr to Singularity AMC’s Singularity Strategic Autonomy Fund.
Why it matters
The confirmed funding can help Greenjoules scale its renewable-fuel operations and related development work converting farm residues into fuels used in existing engines and industrial equipment.
