KONE India opened a Digital Experience Centre in Pune

KONE India inaugurated its first Digital Experience Centre (DEC) in India in Pune to demonstrate AI-, connectivity- and data-driven digital solutions for elevators, building operations, and service management. The centre includes interactive demos of tools such as KONE Studio, MyKONE, E-Link and a Service Dashboard for project visibility, equipment monitoring and service operations.
Why it matters
The centre provides a physical facility where building stakeholders can evaluate connected-elevator and digital building-management workflows, potentially improving monitoring and service transparency across a building’s lifecycle.
