Dilip Buildcon declared L1 for Solapur elevated corridor and Yavatmal 400 kV project

Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) said it has been declared the lowest (L1) bidder by NHAI for a ₹688.23 crore, 9.66 km four-lane elevated corridor in Solapur city on NH-65, and selected as L1 by RECPDCL for a ₹1,151.47 crore EPC 400 kV transmission system project in Yavatmal district, Maharashtra. Both projects cite a 24-month construction period; the transmission project is under a BOOT/TBCB framework with a 35-year concession period from COD.
Why it matters
If awarded and executed as bid, these projects would add urban road capacity in Solapur and strengthen intra-state grid transmission infrastructure in Maharashtra.
