India’s HPV vaccination drive reports crossing 8 million doses administered

India’s health ministry said the nationwide HPV vaccination campaign has crossed 80 lakh (8 million) vaccinations. The campaign, launched on February 28, provides a single-dose Gardasil-4 vaccine free of cost at government health facilities for girls aged 14 years, with registration available on the U-WIN platform.
