Nestlé India said its 10th factory near Khurda, Odisha is under construction

Nestlé India told ET Manufacturing that its planned 10th manufacturing unit near Khurda in Odisha is "on the planning boards and under construction." The facility is initially planned to manufacture mango-based products, with the company saying additional product lines may be introduced over time.
Why it matters
A new manufacturing unit increases domestic production capacity and can add new product lines once the plant becomes operational.
