Malout Gati Shakti Multi-Modal Cargo Terminal commissioned for commercial operations

Northern Railway’s Ambala Division announced the commercial commissioning of a newly constructed Gati Shakti Multi-Modal Cargo Terminal (GCT) at Malout station in Punjab. The terminal is expected to support movement of agricultural produce and is likely to handle around 5–6 rakes per month in the near future, according to the report.
