EMS Ltd emerges lowest bidder for ₹218.65 crore sewerage project in Rajasthan

EMS Ltd said it has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for a ₹218.65 crore (including GST) sewerage and septage management project awarded by the Directorate of Local Bodies, Government of Rajasthan. The work spans six urban local bodies across Ganganagar, Hanumangarh and Churu districts and includes sewerage networks, sewage treatment plants (STPs), and 10 years of operations and maintenance.
Why it matters
If converted into a contract and executed, the project would add sewage collection and treatment capacity across multiple Rajasthan towns, improving urban sanitation and wastewater management.
