Rio Health raised $4.5M pre-Series A to expand its quick pharmacy network

Rio Health raised $4.5 Mn (about ₹43 Cr) in an all-equity pre-Series A round led by Version One Ventures, with participation from Xeed Ventures, Good Capital and Amplify. The company said it will use the funding to set up 12 additional dark stores across Delhi NCR and strengthen ordering, inventory and delivery operations.
Why it matters
The funding is intended to expand Rio Health’s dark-store footprint, which can increase its capacity to deliver medicines and healthcare essentials quickly across Delhi NCR.
