Greenbase completed land and approvals for Arani industrial park near Chennai

Greenbase (Hiranandani Group) said it has completed land acquisition and approvals for a 55-acre industrial and logistics park at Arani near Red Hills, Chennai, planned at about 1.2 million sq ft, and that construction is expected to begin shortly. The company also said another 160-acre park at Palur is under development, with its first phase targeted for completion within two years.
