Sumadhura Group submitted Chennai logistics park project for approvals in Red Hills

Sumadhura Group has entered the Chennai market with a planned Grade A built-to-suit industrial and logistics park on a 52-acre site in Red Hills, North Chennai, along the Chennai Peripheral Ring Road, with an estimated investment of about ₹400 crore and 1.2 million sq. ft. of warehousing space. The company told The Hindu it has submitted the project for approvals and will start work after receiving clearances; it is targeting phase 1 readiness by Q1 2027 and completion by June 2028.
