ThinkMetal raised ₹27 Cr funding round led by IAN Alpha Fund

Metal additive manufacturing startup ThinkMetal raised ₹27 Cr (around $2.8 Mn) in a funding round led by India Angel Network’s VC fund IAN Alpha Fund, with participation from 3i Partners and others. The company said it will use the capital to develop its product stack, expand materials used, strengthen R&D capabilities, and hire for its commercialisation efforts.
Why it matters
The funding provides committed capital for ThinkMetal to move its metal 3D-printing systems from development toward wider industrial adoption and scaling in India.
